Forest Dunes

Leaving a 5 star review for the unit itself and the owner who was very prompt in responding to any questions or issues. As far as the forest dunes itself, I would leave barely a 1 star review. Upon arrival we asked the security personnel on duty that day if our extended cab truck would be ok to be parked in the oversized parking area. We were told it was fine. The next evening when another person was on duty, our truck was TOWED. This is absolutely unacceptable given the fact that our vehicle did meet the criteria to park there. We are appalled they would do this after getting confirmation it was ok. Very unprofessional behavior! Now we have to spend time and money to find our truck! Just unbelievable.

The units are individually owned so there isn’t a front desk staff. I booked our room through a rental app. Our unit (609) has a wonderful view. The room was clean upon arrival & had everything we needed. Elevators worked great the whole time. There is a cleaning staff that is here because every evening when we would come into the building lobby it would smell as if it was just freshly cleaned. The beach access is very easy to navigate & the bar & grill (Buckets) is awesome too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location near all the things but also far enough to not be right in the middle.

Stayed in 604. They did a fantastic job keeping the room clean. The staff downstairs did a great job keeping the halls clean. The full kitchen was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful and the living room. Will be returning next year that you room 604 friends.

Very nice and clean condo located just across the street from the beach. Units are in great condition and the pool is always clean and we'll maintained. It's nice having Buckets Bar and Grill on site for a quick meal or a beverage by the pool. It would be nice if there was more local staff onsite, but the management team is quite responsive when needed.

Our condo is adorable, well-stocked with amenities, towels, etc! The owners make sure that guests have everything they could want in the kitchen as it's well-stocked. We love having almost direct beach access! The only complaint is that we found stains and dust on the tabletops, which we easily cleaned up, but think housekeeping should be more thorough and pay attention to detail!

I really like this hotel. The room was clean the amenities were great. There is no room service which I don't mind but you have to take out your own trash.

Great location, privately owned rental units. Indoor and outdoor pool options, lazy river, and a hot tub. Rooms are great, and have multiple bathrooms and kitchen.

Perfect! Super clean. There's a restaurant below the building that I definitely recommend! I'll come back! Although I'd like to stay in Apartment room 1804. Congratulations. You're doing an excellent job.
